What Drives Uncle Bill

I do my very best to show my love to everyone I meet, regardless of who they are. I try to be a role model.
In my earlier life I was pretty selfish. Becoming a Christian changed my view of people and the world, and gave me the need to care for everybody, regardless of who they are, or their status in life.
As an indigenous person, Co-Chair, and Ambassador for First Nations Allies, I am determined to help First Nations Allies empower First Nations people.
And as the Leader and Facilitator of the Yarning Circle and Truth Telling at St John’s, I want to educate people with real, and sometimes painful, First Nations people’s stories. In understanding each other, we can move forward.
